Whole Free Range Herb & Garlic Butter Chicken

Our 2kg free-range chicken is stuffed with house-made herb and garlic butter, creating a tender, juicy roast that’s full of flavour. Ready to roast and perfect for your table.

NOTE: This item is raw and needs to be cooked.

Included:

2kg Free-range chicken stuffed with house made herb & garlic butter.

Cooking Instructions: 

Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees celsius. Drizzle chicken with olive oil and a sprinkling of salt & pepper. Roast at 220 degrees for 10 minutes, and then lower the oven temperature to 180 degrees. Continue cooking for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until an internal temp of 75 degrees is reached or the juices run clear. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving and serving.

Feeds 6-8 people or more if served with additional items.
