Duke’s Roll a Six (Duke's After Hours) — Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
The promoter is DUKES PROVIDORE PTY LTD, ABN 23 680 812 186 trading as Duke’s Providore,109 Cronulla Street, Cronulla, NSW, 2230.

  2. Promotion period
The promotion is available during Duke’s After Hours dinner service every Thursday in August 2026.

  3. Eligibility
The promotion is available to dine-in parties of one to six guests only. Parties of seven or more are not eligible, including groups that split bookings, tables or bills.

  4. Minimum spend
Eligible parties must spend at least $50 per person on dine-in food and beverages during the sitting. Tips, surcharges, retail products, takeaway purchases, gift-card purchases and cancellation charges do not count towards the minimum spend.

  5. How to participate
After dining and before payment, each eligible party receives one supervised roll of Duke’s official six-sided die. Only one roll is permitted per party, booking and sitting, regardless of separate bills.

  6. Winning result
If the valid roll lands with a six clearly facing upwards, Duke’s will waive the eligible party’s entire qualifying dine-in bill for that sitting.

  7. Valid roll
The die must be rolled in the designated area in the presence of a Duke’s team member. Duke’s may require a re-roll if the die leaves the area, is obstructed, interfered with, does not shake the designated rolling box hard enough, lands unevenly or does not show a clear result.

  8. Prize exclusions
The prize does not include tips, surcharges, retail products, merchandise, gift cards, takeaway purchases, damage charges, cancellation fees or purchases from another sitting.

  9. Alcohol
Alcohol may form part of the qualifying bill but remains subject to Duke’s liquor licence and responsible-service-of-alcohol obligations. Winning does not entitle a guest to further alcohol service.

  10. Other offers
The promotion cannot be combined with another discount, voucher, staff discount, complimentary offer or promotion unless Duke’s agrees otherwise.

  11. Fair participation
Duke’s may refuse a roll or prize where it reasonably believes a booking, table or bill has been manipulated, the die has been interfered with, false information has been provided or these terms have otherwise been breached.

  12. Prize conditions
The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to another booking, table or date.

  13. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  14. Acceptance and governing law
By choosing to roll, the party accepts these terms. The promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
