We do our best to prepare, package and deliver the best Australian produce we can get our hands on. But, should something not be to your satisfaction please allow us the chance to make it right.

An exchange or refund request must be received within 24 hours of receiving your produce delivery. hello@dukesprovidore.com.au with details of your issue.

Although our fresh goods cannot be returned, please ensure the produce in question is in its original packaging and condition you received. We will do our best to make sure you fall in love with what we do.
