Merna's English Muffins

English Muffins by Merna are small-batch, locally made sourdough English muffins, cooked exclusively on the griddle to preserve their classic light, airy texture and gentle chew.

Made using wholemeal flour from Tamworth, Pepe Saya butter and buttermilk, each muffin has plenty of nooks and crannies for soaking up butter, jam or your favourite toppings.

Serve toasted for breakfast, filled with eggs and bacon, or alongside soup or salad. 

Ingredients: Wholemeal Flour (Gluten), White Flour (Gluten), Pepe Saya Buttermilk (Dairy), Pepe Saya Butter (Dairy), Dried Yeast, Sugar, Olsson’s Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Water.

Storage: Best stored frozen for up to 3 months. Toast straight from the freezer. English muffins will be delivered frozen.
