Maple Roasted Heirloom Carrots & Sweet Potato

Our famous Fred’s After Hours Heirloom Carrots and Sweet Potato pieces are roasted with a sweet maple glaze - a delicious, crowd-pleasing side for your Christmas table. (GF, DF, V)

Heirloom carrots and sweet potato pieces, roasted until caramelised in our sweet maple glaze.

Serving & Heating Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the tray in the oven and heat for 10–15 minutes, or until hot.

Serving Size:

Feeds 8–10 people as a side, or more if served with additional items.

Collection of Orders:

Orders will be available for collection from Duke's Providore on your chosen pickup date within our daytime opening hours.
